Her previous artistic research has focused on dance performance, somatic practices and choreography. She has edited several volumes in dance research, e.g., <em>Dance Spaces: Practices of Movement<\/em>&nbsp;(2012) together with Susanne Ravn and <a href=\"http:\/\/nivel.teak.fi\/tanssiva-tutkimus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tanssiva tutkimus: Tanssintutkimuksen menetelmi\u00e4 ja l\u00e4hestymistapoja<\/a> (2014) together with Hanna J\u00e4rvinen.
