In Latour&rsquo;s application, an actor can be any human or non-human (object) that contributes in a meaningful way to a given situation or context. Any person or &lsquo;any thing that does modify a state of affairs by making a difference is an actor&rsquo; (<a class=\"glossaryLink cmtt_Falk\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Latour, Bruno. 2005. &amp;lt;em&amp;gt;Reassembling the Social.
