Minna Heikinaho is a Doctoral student in Art University Helsinki. Her dissertation is about Community Art (interaction moment, authorship and ethics) in the Academy of Fine Arts in the University of the Arts Helsinki. She is currently working as a researcher and artist in ArtsEqual -project in Cupore, the team of Social Responsible Arts and Instutions and Artists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free Breakfast (1994), in the Hakaniemi district, Helsinki
Push firma beige (1996\u20132001), an action site in the district of Kallio, Helsinki
Both projects approached local residents in the urban space, rendered visible different perspectives on the city and participated in local activities and empowered and activated local residents and communities to enter into dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
